I recently purchased a new iMac and got myself set up on Mail.app. But I only received my unread messages. So i am looking for a way to move all my old Emails from Outlook Express on my old PC to my Mac.

Get them all sent to you. You may be able to send them to yourself, but if not you will have to make another like yahoo email and send it to that, then back to your other email.
