Is this iMac worth it?

Someone is selling me an iMac 7,1, 24inch, for 700. The specs are as follows:
-320GB HD
-4GB RAM
-ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO [256MB VRAM]
-2.4GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo Processor

I honestly think it's only worth 500, but I can't seem to make them drop the price.

They spent a lot of money on the extra ram and are probably trying to get some of it back. If it runs Snow Leo and has the upgrade disc and the original papers and box then it's probably worth $600.

The video is weak by Apple standards, too.

$700 is a bit high unless the iMac has Snow Leopard and the latest version of iLife and the seller supplies all the DVDs, wireless keyboard & mouse.

na thats a old imac i wouldnt even pay 500 for it especially with a 2600 graphics card in it.

id think about maybe 400 - 450 assuming it comes with snow leapord
