Does USPS require signing on priority mail?

I am having a new ipod touch delivered to my house tomorrow. I know if it was fedex they would require a signature because of the price and value of the package. Would USPS require this?

If it is insured for more than $200, Certified or Registered, would require a signature at delivery. If none of these extra services are attached, then no signature is required.

No. Priority mail is just a faster service. The only services that require a signature with the USPS are:

Certified mail
Insured mail (blue label not black)
Registered mail
International registered
Cash On Delivery
Signature Confirmation
Express mail (unless waiver requested)
