The WiFi connection on my new MacBook Pro disconnects suddenly, then reconnects?

Postby avigdor » Wed Sep 08, 2010 6:05 am

I just got a new MacBook Pro last week. I've been using a neighbour's WiFi connection for now until I get my own, and the connection is pretty strong 24/7. However, sometimes when I'm on the Internet, the WiFi connection will suddenly disconnect, and the internet won't work. I've discovered that when I "create a new network" under a random name (which doesn't connect to the internet), then when I switch back to my neighbour's network the connection will be strong again. What can I do to stop the wifi connection from disconnecting?
